*94 - Normal चांगले*

*95, 96, 97  ते 100 शरीरात ऑक्सिजन लेव्हल चांगली.*

*90 ते 93 ऑक्सिजन लेव्हल जरा कमी*

*80 ते 89 ऑक्सिजन लेव्हल फार कमी* डॉक्टर यांच्या सल्ल्याने अॅडमिट होणे.

*99.0 F ताप थोडा*

*100 .F ते 102 F  ताप जास्त*

HRCT किंवा छातीचा CT SCAN , वरून कोरोना चे गांभीर्य कळते.

1. HRCT score: 0 - 8 सौम्य (Mild Infection). 

2.HRCT score: 9 - 18 मध्यम (Moderate Infection). 

3. HRCT score: 19 - 25 गंभीर (Severe Infection) .

1. सौम्य आणि मध्यम गोळ्या औषधांनी बरा होऊ शकतो.

2. गंभीर इन्फेक्शनला ऑक्सिजन, व्हेंटिलेटर ची गरज भासते.

HRCT Score म्हणजे काय ? 

कोरोना इन्फेक्शन मुळे फुफ्फुसातील ऑक्सिजन शोषणाऱ्या पिशव्यांना सूज येऊन त्यात पाणी /कफ भरतो. छातीचा CT SCAN करताना फुफ्फुसाचे 25 भाग करून त्या पैकी किती भाग हे Infected आहे हे पाहून त्याचा SCORE काढतात

 अर्थात जितका SCORE जास्त तितका ऑक्सिजन घ्यायला त्रास जास्त म्हणुन रक्तातील ऑक्सिजन ची पातळी कमी आणि पर्यायाने धोका जास्त.

 What is HRCT Score?

 Corona infection causes the oxygen-absorbing sacs in the lungs to swell and fill with water / phlegm.  During CT scan of the chest, the lungs are divided into 25 parts and the SCORE is removed to see how many of them are infected.

  Of course, the higher the SCORE, the more difficult it is to take in oxygen, so the lower the oxygen level in the blood, and the higher the risk.
